Rates

The basic fee structure for an initial in-depth space clearing and blessing:

$ 333 for under 1,000 sqft

$ 555 for 1,000 - 2,000 sqft

$ 777 for 2,000 - 3,000 sqft

TBD for spaces over 3,000 sqft

For houses on the market we charge .01% of the listing price. For example, a $450k house would cost $450

There’s a travel fee for locations that are over 30 miles from our office located in Olympia, WA to cover the cost of fuel and time.

$100 for 30 - 60mi

$200 for 60 - 90mi

TBD for homes over 90mi

It takes several hours to perform the initial in-depth session. This typically includes on-site in addition to distance work. The total amount of time to complete the clearing & blessing depends on the scope and nature of the work that is present.

After an initial session, maintenence sessions are on a sliding scale of $100 - $200 per hour.
